G Dragon Heartbreaker and erfly?

I love these songs, and G Dragon, and I've heard of the plagiarism issue. But when I listen to the songs they say those songs were copied from, I don't get it, even if I look at the english lyrics. Could someone explain to me how it is plagiarism? The songs were Flo-Rida "Right Round" and Oasis "She's electric".
