West Hollywood is FULL of movie memorabilia stores, including stills from movies, First you need the actor's name who plays Ponyboy (sorry, I can't recall), then do a Google or Bing search for something like "the outsiders movie stills" and you should get a list of stores selling such things. Then give them a call and ask if they have what you're looking for. I just got an autographed script from "The King's Speech" signed by Firth, Bonham-Carner and Rush, plus one signed by 8 people from the "Pirates World's End" movie that way. If you can determine which Studio released the movie, another resource would be to contact the studio to see if they have stills for sale. I think Zoetrope Studios put out that movie and I'm sure they have a website. Good luck!
