I want to make or buy a food trailer, any ideas?

Hi I live in Puerto Rico, I would like to start selling fruits, smoothies, and maybe coffee in a small food trailer that I could run with just 2 people in a street corner. I got the legal papers and the spot what I need is the most important thing the trailer. Now I just wanted to know how I can make a small cold food trailer or buy one (whichever is cheaper). I am very good at making things and will have no problem making a small food trailer as long as I have some kind of blueprint. So does anyone know a good website, brochure, magazine, a business that makes this kind of carts/trailers in the states that I could just ship it to Puerto Rico or something like that.
