How long before my guest arive should I start making dinner? (14 dinner guests)?
My husband and I are having a house warming Tomorrow evening at 6pm. I will be making the following: 2 batches of chicken castilenta usually takes 30-45 minutes to make(a sweet pasta), fasheti bread (french bread topped with cream cheese and tomatoes baked, usually takes 10 minutes to bake, maybe 5-10 minutes prep time), Tossed Salad, G Salad (kinda like a fruit salad, takes about 10 minutes to make) Papa Murphy's take home to bake pizzas (2) (takes about 15 minutes to bake) and er finger cake (which I will make that morning and keep refrigerated.) I was just wondering when I should start on the food? I guess I can keep the pasta warm on the stove or in crock pots for a while.. I'm just wanting to make sure every ting is done on time, yet still be nice and hot. Any suggestions on when to start? Thanks!
