PLEASE HELP! Removing the virus 'sysvxd' from my computer permanently!?

I'm not sure if this will work, but it removes a lot of viruses, if you have access to another computer, go to microsoft and download the malicious software removal tool to your other computer, and then send it to your own email and attach the tool, then use the tool to remove it, it might help you..and try a better anti-virus software, avast is pretty good...
