I need help decorating my store front windows 4 xmas?

i own a mortgage company my office is on a very busy street and the town the office is located is having an event i would like 2 participate in. they r having a parade of lights on dec 1st each business needs 2 cover there windows with rapping paper and as the parade goes by the crowd will unrap the businesses windows. i have 2 hudge windows at least 7 ft high and 7 feet wide and there is a stage that is 4 feet long and 7 feet wide in front of the windows so i have a lot of space 2 decorate. the thing is i have a budget of $35 dollars to spend and a family with lots of xmas decor that they can lend me. i have lots of boxes and i was thinking of buiding houses out of boxes but not sure how i have a miniture tree about a foot high all lighted up with mini ornaments and i have 2 big raindears that light up and a big plastic santa that doesnt match the raindears and i have a bag of fack snow lots of paper and printers and computers and glue tape scissors. the whole office is dcorated i habe 2 trees up and decorated and garlan up as well the office looks great but i need help with the windows since we r a mortgage company i would like 2 make houses build a little xmas village but not sure. i need help from very creative people but i have a small budget.
