How to lose a lot of weight?
Okay so basically I want to lose about 10 kgs, maybe more. I am 170cm tall, and I have no idea how much I weigh.. I have a kinda phobia. But, I'm guessing I'd be mid to late 60's. I'd like to get down to 53 kgs. For the past couple of days, I haven't been eating a alot. Today, I ate 1 and a half pieces of toast, with vegemite on it. That's it. But, I still have to have dinner. So I've pretty much been skipping lunch and breakfast, and eating dinner, so my family don't get annoyed. I also doing rowing & fitness training 4 days a week.I was just wondering, is this helping at all? I don't want to be stick thin, with all my ribs poking out, I think it looks disgusting.
