To all the die hard steelers fans, how come you never try to take over raiders or packers stadium?

i never seen a lot of terrible towels in raiders stadium or packers stadium, why is that. and why arent all the steelers fans travel to oakland like they did in san diego? i ve seen a steelers fan got sent to hospital! help him for god's sake
