Best Friend Actin Slutty?

So I've been best friends with this girl for 6 years but she's been acting really shady lately.We're in college now and we were hanging out with a couple guys on St. Patrick's day when I visited her and she made out with one of them and then another one of them and then went back to the first one. Now of the four guys we hung out with the only one she didn't do stuff with was the one that has a girl friend. Anyways one of the guys ended up kinda forcing himself on her so she lost her virginity kind of to him and since then she had in a shower with yet another guy two times and had with the first guy in the same night and then had with some guy she met on the street at her school. And several other situations. Then she brought this guy who's younger and has no car and no money to my house and then to my neighbor's house. After they hung out at my house she went back to a school parking lot and had with him with no condom and he "pulled out". At my neighbor's house she was trying to have with him in their pool right in front of me. I had to literally pull her off him, and I was yelling at her. He has no condoms and no money to buy them with. Then she went off with her keys and him and presumably had with him. The next day we were supposed to go to this party together and she texted me asking if she could still come. I figured we could use the ride to the party to talk out the previous night and said fine. Then she bailed on me to go to another party because this guy was there. Then the next day she goes to the kid who she was having with in front of me's cottage for the weekend. I'm worried about the fact that she's not respecting herself to even date and like the guys she's having with and the count of them keeps adding up. She's also grossing me out by trying to have in front of me and disrespecting me plus I don't want to be worrying about her doing dumb **** I want to be able to have fun. I love her and want her to be safe and I'm going to tell her all of this but I was just wondering if you guys have any tips or advice if you've dealt with this kind of situation.
