Can someone hlp me with my Itunes problem!?

So I switched user accounts so i had ot get a new itunes i clicked transfer perchuases from ipod but it only transfered my apps! My songs aren't on my ipod or itunes! Where did all my songs go i had 207!!!!!!! PLZ PLZ HLP!!!!!!!!! i'm going to cry if all my songs are gone but i can get some songs from my friend if it impossidble@
