Have you ever heard of a rabbit recipe called "Putach"?

My Grandma and Aunt are 80 year old Italian/Irish women and they make this awesome rabbit stew stuff. It has Rosemary and other stuff with Rice in it. I can't find it anywhere. It's pronounced "Po-tak." Its either Italian or Irish in origin. Has any one ever heard of this? Do you have a recipe?
