I lost an ovary when i was 12..am i gonna go through early menopause?

i had a huge syst on my ovary when i was 12, and i had to have it removed. i am now 16. i am worried about going through super early menopause! is it really rare? is there any way to avoid early menopause? cause i heard that having surgery can cause early menopause! help?!!
