Why is Obama's Safe School Czar promoting LBGT when the American College of Pediatricians say that's bad to do?

It's just a continuation of the (beginning in the 1960s) Soviet effort to undermine our culture and break up the family. USSR is gone of course, but its disciples have taken over the education system(s).
