Is this notebook good ?? Can I play games on it ? Help please?

This isn't the best laptop I've ever seen, but for the price it's definitely not bad. It doesn't have the fastest hard drive or processor, but it's got pretty nice ones and not a bad graphics card. Overall it should be okay for what you need, but if you really want a great gaming laptop I would work on expanding the budget.
